Togal.AI pricing starts with one published plan, Growth, and a custom-quoted Business plan for larger teams. Togal sells AI-powered takeoff: it detects rooms, walls, and symbols on plan sheets and measures them automatically, and it charges per user on an annual commitment.

As of November 2026, Togal.AI Growth costs $299 per user per month, billed yearly, which is $3,588 per seat per year. The Business plan, for teams of 4 or more users, is priced by quote and adds onboarding, a dedicated support rep, SSO, and quantity discounts. Togal does not publish a month-to-month rate.

How much does Togal.AI cost per user?

What does Togal.AI cost for an estimating team?

On Growth, two estimators cost $7,176 a year and three cost $10,764. At four seats Togal steers you to Business, where the per-seat price is negotiated and not published.

Togal lists quantity discounts on Business, so ask for the per-seat rate, term length, and renewal terms in writing. Its terms and conditions say subscriptions auto-renew unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the end of the term, and fees are non-refundable except for a material breach by Togal.

Does Togal.AI have a free trial?

Sort of. The pricing page's Try Now button leads to a demo booking. CyanBuild reports in its Togal.AI pricing review (checked October 2026) that a separate Togal signup page offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card, and a Togal landing page advertises 14 days.

Ask for trial access during the demo and run it on a plan set you've already taken off by hand. That's the only fair way to judge the accuracy claim for your trade.

Is Togal.AI more expensive than PlanSwift?

Yes, per seat. Togal Growth is $3,588 a year against $2,000 for PlanSwift Essential and $3,000 for PlanSwift Core, which also includes AI Auto Takeoff. PlanSwift is Windows desktop software with estimating assemblies built in; Togal runs in the browser and focuses on automated detection and measurement. Our PlanSwift cost breakdown has the full numbers.

Togal produces quantities, not a priced estimate, so most teams still need an estimating tool or spreadsheet downstream. The AI construction estimating software comparison covers how the pieces fit.

What does Togal.AI do well?

Togal is fast on clean architectural floor plans. It finds rooms and areas, groups them by classification, and lets you search a whole set for a symbol in one pass, which turns hours of clicking into minutes of checking. External collaborators can work on a takeoff without a paid seat.

For a commercial interiors, flooring, or painting estimator bidding a lot of jobs, that speed pays for the seat. See Togal.AI alternatives if you're comparing AI takeoff options.

How is Togal.AI different from Helonic?

Togal does automated takeoff. Helonic does drawing review: it reads the full set for coordination conflicts, code issues, and missing information, and returns findings with severity and sheet coordinates in 15 to 30 minutes. A Togal count of 42 fire-rated doors is accurate to the plan; Helonic is the tool that notices the door schedule on A-601 and the life safety plan on G-002 disagree about which walls are rated. See code compliance review for the checks it runs.

Helonic doesn't measure anything, so it doesn't replace Togal. Our Helonic vs Togal.AI comparison and the guide to AI takeoff accuracy vs drawing review go deeper on using both.

Is Togal.AI worth the price?

For an estimator who spends most of the week on area and count takeoff from clean 2D sets, $299 a month is easy to earn back. For a small shop with mixed drawing quality or civil and MEP-heavy work, test it hard before signing a year. For how it compares with the rest of a preconstruction stack, see our construction software pricing guide.

How this page was researched: Plan prices, inclusions, and the 4+ user Business threshold were read from togal.ai/pricing on November 1, 2026, and renewal and refund terms from Togal's terms and conditions page the same day. Trial details are reported from CyanBuild's October 2026 Togal.AI pricing review and Togal's apply.togal.ai landing page, because the pricing page itself routes to a demo.

Check the Drawings, Then Count Them

Togal counts what's on the sheet. Helonic reviews the set for coordination, code, and spec conflicts first, so the quantities you bid reflect the job you'll actually build.
