What is the difference between Helonic and Procore AI (formerly Copilot)?

Procore AI is a library of agents inside Procore, and its Drawing Analyst scans drawing sets for coordination gaps. Helonic is a standalone drawing review tool that adds code compliance, a model trained on construction drawings, and review across Procore and Autodesk.

Procore renamed Copilot to Assist in 2025, then replaced it with Procore AI. Since July 23, 2026, Procore sells that AI as Digital Coworker packages: Deep Search, Submittal Review, RFI, Daily Log, and Contract Review agents in the Starter Pack, a 20-agent library in Pro, and Agent Studio in Enterprise. The library includes a Drawing Analyst agent that scans drawing sets and revisions for missing details, spatial conflicts, and plan inconsistencies.

Helonic reads the issued 2D PDF set, runs coordination and code compliance analysis with its own construction-trained model, marks each issue on the sheet, and lets a reviewer push accepted findings into Procore as RFIs.
