Fieldwire Pricing in 2026: Every Plan and Cost per User

Helonic is an AI construction drawing analysis platform for teams researching software pricing during drawing review. Fieldwire pricing in 2026: free Basic, then $39, $64, or $89 per user per month billed annually. Monthly rates, overage rules, and which plan has RFIs.

Software PricingNovember 1, 2026

Fieldwire pricing has four published plans: a free Basic plan and three paid tiers charged per user. Fieldwire by Hilti lists the annual rates on its pricing page and the month-to-month rates in its help center, and every paid tier costs $15 more per user when you pay monthly.

As of November 2026, Fieldwire Basic is free for up to 5 users, 3 projects, and 100 sheets. Pro costs $39, Business $64, and Business Plus $89 per user per month billed annually. Paid monthly, the same plans cost $54, $79, and $104 per user. RFIs, submittals, and change orders need Business Plus.

How much does Fieldwire cost per user?

Fieldwire costs $0 to $104 per user per month depending on plan and billing. The annual Pro and Business rates come from the official Fieldwire pricing page; the per-year totals and monthly rates for all three paid tiers come from Fieldwire's help center article on pricing and overages, both checked November 1, 2026.

What does Fieldwire cost for a 10-person team?

A 10-user team on annual billing pays $4,680 a year on Pro, $7,680 on Business, and $10,680 on Business Plus. On monthly billing the same team pays $6,480, $9,480, or $12,480 over a year, so the $15 annual discount is worth $1,800 a year at that size.

Every invited person counts, including subcontractor foremen, unless they already pay for their own premium Fieldwire account. Fieldwire charges only for unique users across all your projects, so one super on six jobs is one license.

How do Fieldwire overage charges work?

If you're on annual billing and invite more people than you have annual licenses for, Fieldwire bills the extras at the monthly rate on the first of each month. That charge repeats until you buy more annual licenses or remove the users.

Monthly accounts are prorated by the day, and removing a user issues a credit. Fieldwire says there are no long-term contracts and you can change plans from the subscription page.

Which Fieldwire plan includes RFIs and submittals?

Only Business Plus includes RFIs, submittal management, change orders, and budget. Pro does include the submittal extractor, which builds a submittal log from the spec book, but not the full submittal workflow.

That jump matters for GCs. A PM who needs RFIs pays $1,068 a year per user on Business Plus against $468 on Pro. If RFIs live in Procore or another system already, Pro or Business may be enough. Our guide to tracking RFIs covers what a usable log needs regardless of tool.

What does Fieldwire do well?

Fieldwire is strong on the jobsite. Supers and foremen get current sheets on a phone, pin tasks and punch items to the plan, attach photos, and close the loop without a desk. The free Basic plan is a real product for a small crew, which few construction tools offer.

Pricing is also unusually transparent for the category. You can budget a rollout from public numbers, which you can't do with Procore. See Fieldwire alternatives if you're weighing it against other field tools.

Where does Helonic fit next to Fieldwire?

Fieldwire manages the work in the field. Helonic works earlier, reviewing the 2D drawing set for coordination, code, and missing information before those problems reach the field as tasks. A duct on M-201 running through a beam on S-201, or a corridor on A-101 narrower than the egress width the code requires, gets flagged with the sheet and location in 15 to 30 minutes. See 2D clash detection for what it checks.

Helonic doesn't do task management, daily logs, or punch lists, so it doesn't replace Fieldwire. Our Helonic vs Fieldwire comparison lays out where each one sits on a project.

Is Fieldwire cheaper than PlanGrid or Forma Build?

Usually, yes. Forma Build (formerly Autodesk Build, the PlanGrid successor) lists $1,400 per user per year, against $468 for Fieldwire Pro and $1,068 for Business Plus. Our PlanGrid pricing breakdown has the Autodesk numbers, and our construction software pricing guide compares the wider field.

Prices change, and Hilti can adjust them by region. Confirm on the Fieldwire pricing page before you commit.

How this page was researched: Plan names, Basic limits, feature tiers, and the $39 and $64 annual rates were read from fieldwire.com/pricing on November 1, 2026. The Business Plus price and all monthly rates come from Fieldwire's help center article "Fieldwire Pricing and Overages" (updated April 23, 2026), which also documents the overage and proration rules; the Business Plus card on the pricing page does not render a price.

Catch Drawing Problems Before They Become Field Tasks

Fieldwire runs the jobsite. Helonic reviews the drawing set first and flags coordination and code issues with sheet locations, so fewer of them turn into punch items later.
