Helonic is an AI construction drawing analysis platform for teams researching software pricing during drawing review. Procore pricing explained for 2026: no list price, an annual fee set by construction volume, unlimited users, reported cost ranges, and negotiation tips.
Procore pricing is quote-based: Procore does not publish list prices and instead charges an upfront annual fee for each product, set by your Annual Construction Volume (ACV), with unlimited users included. Two contractors buying the same products can pay very different amounts because one runs $15M of work a year and the other runs $150M.
As of November 2026, Procore publishes no price list. Capterra lists Procore as starting at $10,000 per year, and third-party analyses report roughly $15,000 to $30,000 a year for contractors running $10M to $50M in annual construction volume and $30,000 to $80,000 for $50M to $200M. Those are reported figures, not Procore quotes.
Procore charges a fixed annual fee per product, based on the dollar value of construction you contract to run through the platform each year. Procore's pricing page defines ACV as "the aggregate dollar value of the construction work across your projects." Users, data storage, and live support are unlimited at every level.
Procore's 2025 annual report (Form 10-K) adds detail buyers rarely see. Contracts are annual, multi-year with volume measured each year, or pooled across two or three years. Procore does not refund unused construction volume.
One exception to the volume model: Field Productivity is priced by the number of full-time field employees, according to Procore's pricing page.
Your quote is the sum of the products or bundles you pick, each priced against the same ACV. Procore has long sold products one at a time: Project Management, Quality & Safety, Project Financials, and Preconstruction tools such as Bid Management, Estimating, and Takeoff.
In February 2026 Procore added four bundled packages, according to its 10-K: Project Execution, Cost Management, Resource Management, and Project Lifecycle Management. Each is sold in tiers (Essentials, Base, and/or Enterprise), and products are still available individually. Ask your rep to price both ways.
Procore has no per-user price. Adding a project engineer, an owner's rep, or forty subcontractors does not change the bill, which is the model's biggest selling point.
The flip side is that your cost tracks revenue, not usage. Using the commonly reported rule of thumb of $700 to $1,000 per $1M of ACV, a GC doing $20M a year would land near $14,000 to $20,000, and the same software costs $21,000 to $30,000 once the firm grows to $30M, even if nobody new logs in.
Reported Procore spend ranges from a few thousand dollars for a single product at a small firm to six figures for large GCs. Every figure below is third-party reporting, not an official Procore price.

| What | Reported cost | Reported by |
|---|---|---|
| Listed starting price | $10,000 per year | Capterra |
| Median of 19 tracked purchases | $2,500 per year (small sample, likely single-product) | CostBench, citing Vendr |
| GC with $10M to $50M ACV | $15,000 to $30,000 per year | OneCrew, citing Manifold |
| GC with $50M to $200M ACV | $30,000 to $80,000 per year | OneCrew, citing Manifold |
| Volume rule of thumb | $700 to $1,000 per $1M of ACV | CostBench |
| Renewal increase | 5% to 14% per year | Projul |
ACV and the number of products move the price most. Contract structure and services decide how predictable it stays.
| Factor | How it moves the price | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Annual Construction Volume | Higher committed volume raises the fee; unused volume is not refunded | Commit to realistic volume and price a mid-term volume add-on up front |
| Products or bundles | Each product or bundle adds a fee against the same ACV | Price a la carte and bundled; drop tools you won't roll out in year one |
| Bundle tier | Essentials, Base, and Enterprise tiers give different levels of product access | Which features in your workflow need the higher tier |
| Contract structure | Multi-year pools smooth lumpy volume and can earn volume discounts | Pooled volume over two or three years versus annual |
| Renewal terms | Reported increases of 5% to 14% at renewal | Renewal rate protection written into the contract |
| Field Productivity | Priced per full-time field employee, not ACV | Headcount definition and true-up rules |
| Implementation services | Optional, billed on top of the subscription | Fixed scope and price before signing |
Negotiate on volume, term, and renewal protection, since there is no seat count to trim. Procore's own pricing page lists multi-year pools, volume opt-in pricing, and renewal rate protection as deal structures, so asking for them is normal.
Procore runs the RFI, submittal, and drawing workflow; Helonic reads the drawing set before those RFIs get written. Through the Procore integration, Helonic pulls the current drawings, reviews the full 2D set in 15 to 30 minutes for coordination, code, and missing-information issues, and a reviewer accepts the findings that become draft RFIs in Procore.
It does not replace any Procore product or change your ACV. The step-by-step setup is in how to review Procore drawings with AI, and Helonic vs Procore explains where each tool stops. If you're still deciding whether to buy, read our Procore review and our construction software pricing guide.
Milind is the co-founder and CEO of Helonic, where he leads product and go-to-market for AI-powered construction drawing analysis. He works closely with general contractors, project managers, estimators, and owners to understand how drawing quality drives project outcomes - and where AI can reduce RFIs, change orders, and rework. Milind has interviewed hundreds of construction professionals across project delivery roles, from preconstruction estimators at ENR top-400 contractors to facilities directors at institutional owners, and uses those conversations to shape both product direction and the way Helonic talks about the work.
How this page was researched: The pricing model was checked on November 1, 2026 against Procore's pricing page and its Form 10-K for fiscal 2025, which describes ACV pricing, contract types, the no-refund policy for unused volume, and the February 2026 bundled packages. Reported cost ranges come from Capterra's Procore listing (October 21, 2026), CostBench (citing Vendr), OneCrew (citing Manifold), and Projul, each labeled as third-party reporting.
