Helonic is an AI construction drawing analysis platform for teams researching software pricing during drawing review. Autodesk Construction Cloud pricing for November 2026: Forma Build from $117 a month, Docs from $45, plus Takeoff, BIM Collaborate Pro, and BIM 360 status.
Autodesk Construction Cloud pricing starts at $45 per user per month for document management and runs to $175 per user per month for Forma Build on a month-to-month plan, with unlimited-user and project-based deals quoted by Autodesk sales. In March 2026 Autodesk moved ACC under the Autodesk Forma brand, so Autodesk Docs is now Forma Data Management and Autodesk Build is now Forma Build. Autodesk says existing licensing and subscriptions carried over unchanged.
As of November 2026, Autodesk lists Forma Build (formerly Autodesk Build) at $1,400 per user per year or $175 month to month, Forma Build Essentials at $800 a year or $100 monthly, Forma Data Management (formerly Autodesk Docs) from $45 a month, Forma Takeoff from $108 a month, and Forma Design Collaboration (formerly BIM Collaborate Pro) from $78 a month.
Autodesk Construction Cloud is now part of Autodesk Forma. Autodesk announced the change in February 2026 and the new names went live on March 24, 2026. Per Autodesk's announcement, URLs, logins, APIs, integrations, and project data did not move, so a hub you set up as ACC still works the same way.
Most buyers still search the old names, and plenty of contracts still use them. Here is the mapping you need when you read a quote.
Forma Build is the most expensive single seat at $1,400 per user per year, and document management is the cheapest at roughly $540 a year. The table below shows US prices published by Autodesk, checked November 1, 2026. Where Autodesk only publishes a starting figure, the table says so.
Forma Build and Forma Build Essentials prices come from the Forma Build product details page and Autodesk's Build Essentials comparison post. The starting figures for Forma Data Management, Forma Takeoff, and Forma Design Collaboration come from each product page. The $70 monthly Data Management price is reported by ThePricer (June 2026), not shown on Autodesk's page when we checked.

The "starting at" monthly figure Autodesk shows is the annual price spread over twelve months. Forma Build's $117 a month lines up with $1,400 a year divided by twelve, while the true month-to-month price is $175.
That gap matters when you budget. A superintendent seat you only need for an eight-month job costs $1,400 on annual billing or $1,400 on monthly billing, so monthly only wins for jobs shorter than eight months.
Per-user seats suit teams where a handful of project managers and superintendents do the work, and an unlimited-user deal suits teams that want every sub and consultant inside Forma Build. Autodesk's Forma pricing page says it supports user, project, and account-based pricing, but only per-user prices are published.
This is the main structural difference from Procore, which charges by annual construction volume and never by seat. If you are comparing the two, our breakdown of how Procore pricing works shows what drives that quote. For the wider picture across tools, see our construction software pricing guide.
Yes. The AEC Collection ($3,675 a year as of November 2026) includes Forma Data Management, the product formerly sold as Autodesk Docs. Standalone Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D subscriptions include a lighter tier called Forma Data Management Essentials instead. Our Revit cost breakdown and AutoCAD cost breakdown cover those subscriptions in detail.
Essentials covers storage, browser viewing of drawings and models, markups, and issues. Autodesk reserves document approvals, metadata workflows, automation, Insights, and API access for the full Forma Data Management license, and Essentials is not sold on its own.
BIM 360 is still running, but Autodesk is no longer adding features and recommends starting new projects in Forma. Autodesk's BIM 360 end-of-life note (May 2026) says there are no plans to retire the platform itself. BIM 360 Glue is the exception: access ended July 31, 2026.
In practice, pricing BIM 360 today means pricing Forma Data Management, Forma Design Collaboration, or Forma Build. Moving a project over uses the Data Transitions Tool in Forma Hub Admin. Per Autodesk's transition article (October 2026), documents, models, folders, and version history carry over, but issues, RFIs, and markups come across only as a point-in-time JSON snapshot.
Forma holds the drawings and the RFI log; Helonic reads the drawings before anyone writes RFIs by hand. The Autodesk Forma integration pulls the drawing folders you select, reviews the full 2D PDF set in 15 to 30 minutes for coordination, code, and missing-information issues, and pushes the findings a reviewer accepts back into Forma as RFIs with the sheet location attached.
Helonic does not replace Forma Build, Forma Takeoff, or field tools, and it adds no Autodesk seats. The workflow is laid out step by step in reviewing Autodesk Construction Cloud drawings with AI, and the side-by-side is in Helonic vs Autodesk Build.
Count named users by role before you talk to sales, because per-user pricing punishes guesswork. Then check whether a bundle beats separate seats.

He works closely with general contractors, project managers, estimators, and owners to understand how drawing quality drives project outcomes - and where AI can reduce RFIs, change orders, and rework. Milind has interviewed hundreds of construction professionals across project delivery roles, from preconstruction estimators at ENR top-400 contractors to facilities directors at institutional owners, and uses those conversations to shape both product direction and the way Helonic talks about the work.
How this page was researched: Prices were checked on November 1, 2026 against Autodesk's Forma Build product details page, the Forma Build Essentials comparison post, and the Forma Data Management, Forma Takeoff, Forma Design Collaboration, and AEC Collection product pages. Rename details come from Autodesk's February 2026 announcement and the Autodesk Platform Services FAQ; BIM 360 status comes from Autodesk support articles dated May and October 2026. The monthly Data Management price is from ThePricer and is labeled as reported.
